Questions before you join
Can I start for free?
Yes. After company approval, you can post jobs, receive applications and use basic applicant tracking without a paid subscription. New company registrations receive 10 promotional contact credits once, after approval. Existing companies are not eligible for this signup offer. Job posts may require approval before publication.
Can my recruiters have separate logins?
Yes. The primary company account can create recruiter or viewer accounts within the available seat limit. The primary account uses one seat. Recruiters work within the company account; billing and team management remain with the primary account. Existing team members should use Employer Login.
How do contact credits work?
One credit unlocks one new candidate contact for your company. Recruiters share the company balance, and reopening an already unlocked contact does not use another credit. Enterprise includes unlimited contact unlocks during the active approved subscription. Previously unlocked contacts remain available to authorised company members after the plan ends.
When does my paid plan start?
After registration, choose a plan in Billing Information and submit the matching NEFT payment with your payment reference and proof. Paid prices are subject to 18% GST. Access starts after DroneSetu verifies and approves the payment. Plans run for one month or one year according to the selected billing cycle.
What happens after I register?
Your company registration is submitted for administrator approval. You can log in once it is approved. Your selected plan is saved with your registration, but registration alone does not purchase or activate a paid plan.
What does unlimited access include?
Unlimited access means candidate contact unlocks for your company during an active, approved Enterprise subscription. Recruiter seat limits still apply. It does not include bulk export, sharing accounts, or access to another company’s private data. After expiry, new unlocks require available credits or an eligible active plan.
